Returns Policy

1. Melco Embroidery Equipment: Returns on Embroidery Equipment will be accepted only if the Product is found to be defective and a reasonable replacement of or repair of Product does not meet the specification. If a return is requested on Melco Embroidery Equipment that is found to meet the specification, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed, and Buyer will be responsible for packaging of Melco Embroidery Equipment and subsequent shipping of said Product back to Melco’s delivery location. The payment of the return to Buyer will happen within 10 business days of receipt and confirmation of the condition of Product at Melco’s delivery location. 2. All Other Products(excludes Parts and Accessories). The Return of other Products (Printers, Dryers, Heat Presses, etc.) is not authorized unless the Product is damaged upon delivery or found to not meet the Product specification.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 15% restocking fee for any items returned not to Melco’s error.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
